Total no of polling booth and polling station in the Grampanchyat is maintained. All the necessary report as per their prescribed format as per requirement of commission and district administration. SIS (Standards Inventory System)

The client is a reseller of books in India. They purchase books from abroad and sell them to the customers in India. The client has books in Office/Stores and Showrooms. Their main focus is to checkout the physical location and available stock of particular book at any time. Books are given to customers either in cash or installments and or either through agent or direct. A bill is generated for each sale. After that Cash Receipt is generated for cash sale and installment form is generated for sale in installments. A godown instruction is prepared for stores to deliver the books that are not available in show rooms. Home-Delivery is another facility that is provided by the client to its customers. In case of home delivery a delivery challan is prepared along with bill and books are sent through VPP, Registered Post, Rail, Roadways or Courier. The client accepts different payment modes i.e. by Cheque/Cash/DD, Advance payment and Balance on Delivery, Installments Scheme etc. and accordingly balance outstanding with each customer is analyzed and collected.

All these tasks are capture in SIS system providing a fast data-entry and printing in DOS-Environment.
